Justice Minister Akın Gürlek announced that three prosecutors were assigned for the investigation into the mine collapse in Soma. Two workers died in the collapse, while 3 workers have not yet been reached.
Two workers rescued from the collapse at the İmbat mine were taken to hospital. Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu said their condition was good. Labour and Social Security Minister Vedat Işıkhan announced that a chief inspector had been assigned by the Social Security Institution (SGK) to investigate the incident.
