The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office prepared an indictment against Mabel Matiz and video director Sinan Tuncay over the "Ha Leylim" video. Both face 6 months to 3 years in prison on obscenity charges.
The indictment assessed the images in the video and the song lyrics together. An expert report on the dance scene was also cited as grounds for the charge. The court will decide whether the foreign travel ban on Matiz will be lifted.
