MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli rejected comments that a villa was built for Abdullah Öcalan on İmralı, saying a 250-square-metre residence was built within the prison compound. In the same remarks he reiterated that the People's Alliance candidate is Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Bahçeli said the structure was within the prison complex and would be used for Abdullah Öcalan to hold meetings. Reminding that Öcalan has been in prison for 26 years, Bahçeli said President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan would also complete his third term.
