201 detained in forex probe, 13 billion liras in transaction volume identified

A total of 201 people were detained in an international illegal forex investigation. A transaction volume of approximately 13 billion lira (TL) was identified over two years, and assets worth 1.5 billion TL were seized.

The operation identified 40 call centers and financial offices belonging to 25 companies. Among those detained are also 9 Israeli citizens. While 80 vehicles and 12 properties belonging to the suspects were seized, bank and crypto asset accounts were blocked.
