The Eğitim-İş Union held an action in front of the Ministry of National Education following the armed attack in Turgutlu, Manisa, and called for the resignation of "7 ministers".
Union General President Kadem Özbay said, "We can overcome this evil, this darkness only through solidarity." The action was also supported by YENİ Party Ankara Deputy Aliye Timisi Ersever and members of the Communist Party of Türkiye, the Workers' Party of Türkiye and the Laborers' Movement Party.
