According to the communiqués of the Treasury and Finance Ministry in the Official Gazette, the UN Security Council sanctions list will be transmitted to MASAK through the Foreign Ministry and published on the institution's website. Obliged institutions will report these transactions to MASAK and take measures for postponement.
With the communiqué, sanctions lists will be announced on MASAK's website. In addition, monetary limits were increased for transactions subject to simplified measures regarding customer due diligence.
