According to Sözcü, in the Nizip district of Gaziantep, former AKP District Chairman Yakup Karakuş was attacked by four people at a café he visited on Monday; suspects were detained and one person was arrested.
Karakuş suffered a head injury and was taken to the hospital. It was claimed that the attack was carried out because of the former chair's critical posts targeting AKP Nizip District Chair Fatih Altunses and his administration.
