The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office prepared a 195-page additional indictment concerning Ağaç ve Peyzaj AŞ naming 29 suspects.
The indictment alleges that in plant material tenders between 2020 and 2024, works were kept on Ağaç ve Peyzaj AŞ through specifications that restricted competition. It is claimed that money was taken from the tenders at a rate of 7-10 percent of the job value and transferred to a structure called the 'System'. The file was sent to the Heavy Penal Court with a request to merge it with the main case involving 414 defendants.
