TOKİ will offer housing and workplace buyers a 25% discount on their outstanding debt balance between September 22 and October 19, 2026. Those unable to pay off the entire debt can also benefit through partial payments.
Approximately 228 thousand rights holders are expected to benefit from the campaign. Those who cannot pay the full debt can benefit from the discount by making a partial payment, provided it is not less than 25 percent of the balance. Applications will be made at the public bank branches where the sales contract was signed.
