AYM gives YENİ Party one month for defence

The Constitutional Court discussed the request to void the YENİ Party's name and remove it from the registry. The court gave the party one month to submit its defence.

The Innovation Party had applied to the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor of the Court of Cassation over the similarity of names, and the YENİ Party had not changed its name. The decision granting time was taken at today's General Assembly agenda.
