The Constitutional Court ruled that the right to a reasoned decision was violated for a bank employee whose reinstatement case was rejected for failing to meet the six-month tenure requirement.
According to the decision published in the Official Gazette, investment specialist Gülşah K. started work on March 15, 2021 and was dismissed on September 13, 2021 for "poor performance." The local court that ordered her reinstatement had ruled for 43,666 lira in compensation if the employer did not rehire her.
