İBB to tender 250 app-based taxi rights on 13 October

According to an announcement in the Official Gazette, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) will tender 250 app-based taxi operating rights individually; the estimated price for each right is 6,376,000 lira (TL) plus VAT, with a 29-year license period.
