In Istanbul, 8 of 10 suspects found to have paid for child abuse images via Telegram were detained. Efforts to catch the 2 remaining suspects are continuing.
In the obscenity investigation led by the Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, suspect S.K., who sold the images, had been arrested on 21 April. Eight suspects found to have sent money to his account were referred to the courthouse.
