Preparations continue on Esenboğa Airport rail line

Turkish Transport and Infrastructure Minister Abdulkadir Uraloğlu announced that the 36-kilometre YHT Station-Esenboğa Airport Rail System Line will serve with 12 stations and that land deliveries have been completed in 3 sections.

Uraloğlu said the line will have a design speed of 120 kilometres per hour, with 4 stations in the YHT Station-Siteler section, 4 in the Siteler-Pursaklar section and 4 in the Pursaklar-Esenboğa section. A depot, workshop and parking area will also be built in the Pursaklar-Esenboğa section.

Sliding-scale fuel tax ends, phased tax rise to apply to gasoline
