The banking regulator BDDK transferred management of Tera, Destek and Hedef investment banks and two factoring firms to the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF). Six months were given for the transfer of shares.

The banking regulator BDDK transferred management of Tera Yatırım Bankası, Destek Yatırım Bankası and Hedef Yatırım Bankası to the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) following assessments linked to the process publicly known as the "fund probe". Under the decision, some shares of Destek Finans Faktoring and Tera Finans Faktoring also passed to the use of the TMSF.
