MHP Deputy Chair Feti Yıldız said he hoped the monitoring commission to be set up in parliament for the Terror-free Türkiye process would be formed within a week to 10 days.

Yıldız said the commission would monitor implementation of the framework law on the ground, would have no sanctions, and could submit draft laws and make recommendations. He said its membership could be 17 or fewer, as in the Intelligence Commission.
