The Turkish Agriculture and Forestry Ministry added 10 butter, 2 yogurt and 4 buttermilk products to its 30 September imitation and adulteration list.
The list found various non-compliances in butter, gelatin and starch in yogurt, and low fat content in buttermilk. The ministry shared the inspection results under the relevant article of Law No. 5996.
