Türkiye issued a NAVTEX valid until 25 October for the Oruç Reis seismic survey ship in the sea area between Antalya and Mersin. The ship will be accompanied by the support vessels Denar Pathfinder, Denar Echo and Kiriçi.
NAVTEX 0953/26 was published by the Antalya hydrography station. The work was reported to be carried out for the planned subsea natural gas pipeline between Türkiye and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (KKTC).
