The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has taken statements from 42 people as part of the Referees File investigation; the list includes referees, former referees and Central Referee Committee (MHK) members.

Those who gave statements include active referees such as Burak Pakkan, Tugay Kaan Numanoğlu and Mert Güzenge, and former referees such as Mete Kalkavan and Hüseyin Göçek. MHK member Mustafa Kamil Abitoğlu and, as complainants, Oğuzhan Uğurlu and Kerem Ersoy also gave statements.
