The Turkish Defence Ministry (MSB) announced that a deal was signed to buy 12 C-130J aircraft from the UK. The first two aircraft are planned to be delivered in December.
The aircraft are planned to be brought to Türkiye gradually after maintenance in the UK. Training continues for six pilots and six technicians in the US and for 29 maintenance staff in the UK.
