Pegasus Airlines completed the acquisition of Czech Airlines and the Smartwings Group after all required regulatory approvals were obtained and closing conditions were met.
With the deal, the combined fleet of the two airlines rose to more than 175 aircraft, while their previous firm aircraft orders totalled 140.
