Capital Markets Board opens accounts for return of excessive fund gains

The Capital Markets Board (SPK) has opened accounts so those who earned excessive gains in investment funds under liquidation can voluntarily return the money. Returned funds will be included only in the liquidation assets of the relevant fund.

The accounts were opened for each fund at Birleşik Fon Bankası in the name of the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF). Returned sums will be transferred to Ziraat Bank and İşbank for payment to holders of the liquidated funds' participation shares.
