The Capital Markets Board (SPK) temporarily halted the capital market operations of Tera Yatirim Menkul Degerler AS. All licences of the company's CEO Emir Münir Sarpyener, Hakan Gövdere and Hayriye Car were permanently cancelled.

The decision, taken as part of the fund investigation by the Istanbul money-laundering crimes investigation bureau, was published in the SPK's weekly bulletin dated 30 September and took effect the same day at 18:10.
